Product Description
Our sintered powder metal filters are manufactured by high-temperature sintering of fine metal powders (stainless steel, titanium, nickel, copper), forming a uniform porous structure with porosity of 28%–50% and pore sizes from 4 to 160 μm. The interlaced pore network resists thermal shock, corrosion and mechanical stress, performing reliably in acids, alkalis and high-temperature gases up to 550°C. After repeated cleaning and backwashing, filtration efficiency recovers above 90%. These cartridges are widely used in polyester and polymer melt filtration across Asia, petrochemical and high-temperature gas systems in the Middle East, and corrosive liquid service in European and North American process plants.
